WMI was founded in 1992 by Tim and Brenda Taylor.  Tim is a retired Commander (USNR-ret) recognized as a catalyst, an international leadership trainer and a strategist that helps leaders put their faith into practical action both personally and corporately. 

He is a gifted preacher/teacher known for his passion and humor.  His gift of wisdom combined with a great love for God's presence has proven to serve many churches passionate about prayer, transformation, leadership, spiritual warfare and wisdom.  Leaders in churches, cities, apostolic networks, businesses and government agencies regularly ask Tim to consult with their teams to help them discover a strategic solution.  Most recently Tim was invited to teach as part of the faculty of the School of the Apostolic Church in Kirkland WA.

Tim has also authored a number of books such as Operation Rolling Thunder, Biblical Principles and Strategies the Art of Corporate Spiritual Warfare, Watchman and Intercessor Training, the Certified CONECTer Course and The ARC Manifesto.  Tim also co-authored Worship and Praise with Flags and Banners with his wife Brenda.  He has a broad background of experience in the military, business and ministry and has personally set foot in 23 nations while his books, CDs and teachings have been used by leaders in over 80+ nations who established city prayer centers (12), planted churches (5), established apostolic councils (20+), and transformed cities and regions.  Many leaders recogize him as a servant leader with the Ephesians 4 gifts of apostle, prophet and teacher working through his life.

Ross is our Davidic Liaison who is responsible to pray for our Davidic Company and provides pastoral care for those associated with WMI. 

He's the husband of Suzanne and the proud father of Jordan and Savannah.  He carries a pastoral gift along with the anointing of a seer.

Brenda is gifted as a teacher/prophet and carries a revelation of "the heart of a worshiper."  Her prophetic revelation and teaching has been used in conferences, pagentry, praise and worship with banners, timbrel and dance, through the arts and through two dance teams she founded and oversaw in the 90's.

Tim and Brenda currently make their home in Renton, Washington.  They are the proud parents of two children and three grandchildren.  Tim & Brenda's apostolic council is composed of Ap. John P. Kelly at Lead to Achieve and the presiding apostle of the International Coalition of Apostles, Al Houghton of Word at Work Ministries,  Greg Daley vice-president for the International Fellowship of Ministers, and Pastor Dan Hammer of Sonrise Chapel .   When Tim and Brenda are not traveling they attend Christ Church Kirkland with Pastor Norm Willis.  They are also members of the International Fellowship of Ministers and Tim is a member of the International Coalition of Apostles.
