• Facilitates and oversees the 24/7 prayer strategy for their church, city, county, state or region.
  • In Phase I the goal is to cover your state, your county, your city and if your church is big enough, even your church with 24/7 prayer from National Day of Prayer through to Global Day of Prayer.  
  • Church CONECTer recruits and coordinates 24/7 prayer for their church's day of 24/7 prayer.
  • City CONECTers recruit churches (Church CONECTers) to each take at least one day and cover it with 24/7 prayer.
  • County CONECTers recruit Church and City CONECTers.
  • State CONECTers recruit Church, City and County/Regional/Province CONECTers
  • The idea being to cover each state, each county, and each city with 24/7 prayer, praise and worship from National Day of Prayer to Global Day of Prayer.
  • CONECTers facilitate cooperate teamwork.  By using these national and international prayer events to "pray globally" they are key to helping the church to "connect locally" so that prayers specific to each geography can be offered up to facilitate transformation within your territory.

• Maintains open lines of communication with other CONECTers in their city, county, state, region and WMI.
• Assembles spiritual intelligence gleaned from on going prayer, watchmen reports, intercessor reports, prayer walking, research etc.. and presents consolidated report to their Transformation Task Force (TTF) with a copy of that report being sent to the CONECTer who serves the larger territory they occupy.
• Implements the prayer strategy and direction of their TTF by communicating their local strategies to those who make up their 24/7 watch.
• They create and help oversee the strategic communication center (war-room) for their respective church, city, county, state, or region.
