What is the Davidic Company?

The Davidic Company are men and women of God who choose to ally themselves with Watchman Ministries International (WMI). We are not looking for just anyone. We are looking for men and women who share the vision to mobilize and connect the body of Christ in cities to effect transformation. We look for the kind of people who will reflect the kind of courage and boldness that King David's mighty men exhibited. As the Marine Corps says "we are looking for a few good men!"

Characteristics of King David's Mighty Men

In 1 Chronicles 12 it speaks of the growth of King David's army and it describes some of their characteristics. The "mighty men" are described as:

Helpers in war
Mighty men of valor
Captains in the army
Famous men throughout their father's house
Valiant

It was during King David's reign that the the Tabernacle of David was established with 24 hour prayer, praise and worship and it was during that time that the that borders of the kingdom of Israel were expanded to their furthest point. It was King David's army led by these mighty men that subdued the enemies expanded the borders of the kingdom.

What Does it Mean to Ally or Partner with WMI?

Ally means to place in a friendly association or to unite or connect in a personal relationship as in friendship or marriage.

The Davidic Company is the foundation for WMI's base of operations. This company of warriors help determine the reach, power and effectiveness of WMI through daily prayer and regular offerings.

WMI is like the arrow and the Davidic Company is like the bow (Zech. 9:13) that launches. WMI's effectiveness is directly related to the strength of the bow.

The financial and prayer support of the Davidic Company are the primary supply lines that enable us to mobilize apostles and prophets, and connect leaders in all 7 spheres of society in churches cities, states and regions in the US and in the nations. This facilitates the transformation of countless lives and cities and it accrues to the heavenly account of the Davidic Company as well.
