Commander Tim Taylor, USNR-Ret. and his wife Brenda were called into the ministry after his return from Desert Storm. During that war the Lord imparted a vision to Tim regarding coming events in the body of Christ. Watchman Ministries International was founded 1992 with a vision to "declare" the coming revelation of God as the "Lord of Hosts" and with a mandate to "prepare" His church to function together as an army.

God taught Tim about the apostolic principles of spiritual warfare which they tested proved in local churches and city reaching efforts. They knew that one day God would give them a larger territory to utilize these principles to prove God's word.

In December 2004, Tim accepted the assignment to lead prayer in Washington State. He served as the State Coordinator for the National (NDP) and Global Days of Prayer (GDOP). He pioneered the Operation Rolling Thunder (ORT - a mobilization strategy ) during that time which connects NDP with the GDOP through 24/7 prayer while forming apostolic councils in cities, counties, states and nations that represents all seven spheres of society. This strategy has:

United congregations and ministries in cities and regions passionate about transformation and the kingdom
Empowered the Church in a city to establish 24/7/365 quickly and efficiently
Led to decreasing crime
Mobilized Christians to minister in all 7 spheres of society (church, business, government, media, education, health care and the family) within a city.
Mobilized 80 churches working in 10 cities mobilizing 100 days of 24/7 prayer in 2005 and in the last four years has grown to over 6000+ churches in 108 cities in 24 nations raising up 8000+ days of 24/7 prayer as of December 2009.

Tim is a retired Commander (USNR-ret) recognized as a catalyst, an international leadership trainer and a strategist that helps leaders put their faith into practical action both personally and corporately. He is a gifted preacher/teacher known for his passion and humor. His gift of wisdom combined with a great love for God's presence has proven to serve many churches passionate about prayer, transformation, leadership, spiritual warfare and wisdom. Leaders in churches, cities, apostolic networks, businesses and government agencies regularly ask Tim to consult with their teams to help them discover a strategic solution. Tim has also authored a number of books such as Operation Rolling Thunder, Biblical Principles and Strategies the Art of Corporate Spiritual Warfare, Watchman and Intercessor Training, the Certified CONECTer Course and The ARC Manifesto. Tim also co-authored Worship and Praise with Flags and Banners with his wife Brenda.

Brenda is gifted as a teacher/prophet and carries a revelation of "the heart of a worshiper." Tim is recognized by many to carry an anointing representing the Ephesians 4 gifts of apostle, prophet and teacher. As 2010 approaches he will continue to give apostolic oversight and direction to those utilizing ORT to mobilize their city while spending more time writing, teaching and consulting.

Tim and Brenda currently make their home in Renton, Washington. Tim & Brenda's apostolic council is composed of Ap. John P. Kelly at Lead to Achieve and the International Coalition of Apostles, Ap. Barbara Wentroble at International Breakthrough Ministries (IBM), Al Houghton of Word at Work Ministries, Gail Homan of Seattle Revival Center, Greg Daley vice-president for the International Fellowship of Ministers, and Ap.
