| CONECT |
CONECT is an acronym for the "Christian Outreach Network Establishing City-wide Teamwork." It is a strategic communication system that is based upon biblical principles that empower leaders to foster teamwork and project power that transform cities. In essence, it enables a leader of a church, organization, or leaders in a city or region to set up a strategic communication center that equips them for unprecedented teamwork between churches, prayer and compassion ministries. It is cross cultural and cross denominational. It helps facilitate the kind of strategic cooperation that supports the transformation of cities and regions. What do I mean by measurable results? Crime rates are tools that we to corporately measure of sin that negatively affects society. The Bible tells us poverty is a curse. Plus we all want to see church growth. Since 2005 we have used Operation Rolling Thunder to apply the principles, processes and tools provided through CONECT. CONECT provides the principles, tools and processes that under gird Operation Rolling Thunder (ORT). ORT is used to initiate unity while corporate relationships maintained through Chapters of CONECT are what sustain unity. Chapters of CONECT facilitate the emergence and connecting of kingdom minded leaders in cities, counties and regions as they form their own networks based upon a common vision to transform their specific area. It fosters interdependence by providing a way to be connected to the larger body of Christ while honoring and respecting the unique identity of each church and network.
We provide mentorship for local church leadership, CONECTers (prayer leaders) and city networks (Transformation Task Forces) through our Chapters of CONECT. It is also provides a way for diverse local churches, city networks, and regional networks to partner together with us and other churches, ministries, networks, cities, regions, counties, states, and nations.
